As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, youll use your sales expertise to build client relationships, source top tech talent, and close placements. Every day is fast-paced and target-driven, with real rewards for your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business and build strong client relationships
Source and approach high-calibre tech candidates
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage candidate offers
Take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish
Hit targets and earn uncapped commission

6+ months experience in a sales or target-driven role
Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
