Overview
Job title: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hotel Du Vin, part of Frasers Hospitality.
OTE up to £30'721 per annum (inclusive of tronc) - full-time hours, flexible working days. Permanent. Location: Edinburgh.
Responsibilities
* You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, potentially as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager.
* You will be able to deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage the flow of the restaurant to deliver great guest experiences and work alongside the team while maintaining brand standards.
* Onwards and upwards: We actively encourage internal development and progression, including potential steps toward a Head of Department position within Hotel Du Vin.
Qualifications
Experience in a busy restaurant environment; previous roles may include Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Ability to lead shift briefings, manage guest flow and maintain brand standards.
