Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Managing all aspects of the contract to a successful conclusion
* Leading site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality
* Building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the public
* Driving a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance
* Monitoring project performance and proactively managing risks and opportunities
* Promoting innovation and knowledge sharing across teams and suppliers
What We're Looking For
* Degree-level education or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Civil Engineering background preferred but not essential.
* CSCS card holder
* Chartered membership of a professional institution (desirable)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent planning, organisation, and time management abilities
* Sound knowledge of the construction industry and relevant standards
* Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders
* A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
About The Project
Springfields Fuel Limited – RepU Project (Springfield Site, Preston)
The current Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contract for the RepU project at the Springfield site is valued at approximately £1.7 million. The scope during this phase is primarily to provide constructability input into the design and to plan/ co-ordinate the site mobilisation works. There is potential for this to transition into a full Design & Build (D&B) contract for a major infrastructure project, with an estimated total value of around £800 million over a six-year period.
