Funds Associate (1–3 PQE): We are working with a prestigious US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Funds team in the London office. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most respected practices in the market, known for advising on the structuring, formation, and operation of some of the largest and most complex funds globally. The team advises an impressive client base including leading private equity houses, asset managers, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and alternative investment managers. Their work covers private equity, credit, infrastructure, and real estate funds, as well as secondaries and other bespoke fund structures. Experience across all these areas is not essential. This position is well-suited to an individual with some experience in funds, investment management, or corporate transactional matters who is eager to develop specialist expertise within a globally recognised team.
