Description Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a global social media calendar that aligns with product launches, campaigns, events, and community moments and connects simulation racing fans of all levels. Create, edit, and publish engaging social content around Fanatec products, promotions, partners, live events, and sim racing culture, including short form videos, graphics, and posts - across all major platforms. Lead day-to-day community engagement across relevant social media platforms responding to fans, creators, and partners to build strong consumer relationships and brand loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Product, Sales) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution. Drive Fanatec’s social media innovation by leveraging data and analytics to refine content strategies for continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives. Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to keep Fanatec at the forefront of social innovation. Coordinate with agency partners and external collaborators as needed. Education and Experience: 3 years of experience in social media management, community building, content creation, or a related role, ideally in gaming, esports, racing or tech. Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is required. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. Based in or willing to relocate to Landshut, Germany or Munich Skills and Competencies: Deep understanding of social media platforms, including content formats, trends, and algorithmic behaviors. Strong analytical skills to evaluate social media performance, audience behavior, and platform insights. Passion for sim racing, gaming, and motorsports—you know the culture and speak the language. Hands-On experience in content creation, including video editing, photo editing, graphic design or related skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across departments. Experience working with agencies or external creators is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%) and work with international teams
