About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and commercially minded individual to lead our new Cheer Division. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow a brand-new area within our business. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the cheerleading community and a deep understanding of the industry’s culture, customer needs, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all enquiries related to the cheer apparel division.
* Manage client communications, including quotes, product information, and order updates.
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
* Represent the company at cheer events and competitions, promoting brand awareness and building client relationships (weekend availability required).
* Support business development efforts through relationship building, lead generation, and market insight.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
* Actively involved in the cheerleading industry, with a strong understanding of its culture, structure, and commercial landscape.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in spoken and written English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
* Strong negotiation, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness and ability to travel and work weekends for cheer events and competitions.
* Based in the USA, UK, or Europe.
Preferred Qualities
* Previous experience in cheer apparel, team management, event coordination, or brand partnerships.
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
