You'll be joining a

with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects across both public and private sectors.

What You'll Bring
* Solid experience as a
User Researcher
within agile teams and complex programmes
* Proven ability to
work end-to-end across projects
, from discovery through to delivery
* Expertise in
user research methods and tools
, with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
* Experience running discoveries to
GDS/NHS service standards
(healthcare sector experience is a bonus)
* Experience mentoring and supporting UCD/research teams
* Bonus skills in related disciplines such as service design or content/communication design
How You'll Work
* Scope and deliver user research activities across end-to-end projects
* Collaborate with a
high-performing UCD team
, ensuring research insights shape design and delivery
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in
* Support clients through all phases of the design process - from ideation to implementation
* Contribute to the
growth and development of the UCD practice
, mentoring others and evolving approaches

* Phase-appropriate deliverables that clearly articulate problems, scope, and success criteria
* Workshops and sessions (remote and in-person) to align teams and uncover opportunities
