The primary focus of the team is to manage the returns process from start to finish and assist with rectifying customer billing issues for specific sales teams. Support our Customers and Sales Teams by resolving queries with care
We are seeking a Customer Services Support Executive to support our team by managing the day-to-day organization and smooth running of the returns process.
As a Customer Services Support Executive, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing returns in and out of our warehouse
2. Managing weekly returns to our main suppliers
3. Conducting monthly stock checks at our partners' warehouses, managing stock in/out, and placing internal and external orders
4. Handling tasks related to our suppliers such as chasing credit notes, returning goods, obtaining return authorizations, and resolving queries and discrepancies
5. Investigating order delivery discrepancies
We'd love you to have:
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent communication and administrative skills
* The ability to work well in a team and independently, using your initiative
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong analytical and numerical skills
