This role will take ownership of the monthly demand forecasting process across UK and European markets, ensuring the business operates with a single, robust and well-understood demand plan. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, the Demand Planner will analyse a wide range of inputs including historical sales performance, customer ordering patterns, EPOS data, promotional activity and new product introductions. The objective is to develop accurate, insight-led forecasts that allow the organisation to make informed commercial and operational decisions while supporting continued growth.
