I am working with a dynamic client who has built a reputation delivering some of the most prestigious fit outs and infrastructure upgrades in London. With an annual turnover in excess of £65M, they operate across banking, finance, legal and datacentre sectors. They are seeking a Finance Administrator to play a key role in supporting both the project and finance teams with vital project finance and administrative tasks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assisting with raising applications to clients
* Full reconciliation of revenue & margins
* Project profitability analysis and reporting
* Support administrator in raising PO’s, reviewing, approving, and tracking associated invoices within cost trackers.
* Maintain and update cost trackers within our department
* Cashflow forecast preparation
* Invoicing clients (applications)
* Data entry
* Assisting with intercompany revenue transfers
* Assisting with analysis of quarterly revenue trackers
* General support to the Mechanical and BMS Division – Assisting with Administrators overflow of work at times.
* This will include raising new jobs along with various updating of our system when required
* Training will be provided on our internal system Oracle Netsuite.
Requirements
* Highly numerate with excellent excel experience
* Proficient in MS office & word
* Strong analytical skills
* Knowledge of profit margins
* Ability to problem solve and come up with creative solutions
* Ability to manage their own workload and offer wider support in downtime
* Good communication skills
