About the Role:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our recruitment team. Your role will involve screening incoming CVs, sourcing candidates through online databases, posting job ads, and supporting day-to-day coordination between recruiters and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Filter and review CVs for active vacancies
Conduct targeted CV searches on recruitment platforms
Draft and post job adverts to relevant job boards
Liaise with clients to gather role details and provide updates
Maintain accurate applicant and job tracking records
Support recruiters with administrative and sourcing tasks
