About The Role We are seeking an individual who can provide a full range of data and compliance duties within the Information Management Team at HRC. The Data Management Assistant works with colleagues across the college and external partners, maintaining high standards of accuracy to ensure college data and funding meets all required standards. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm OR 8.30am to 4.45pm (with a one hour lunch each day). The contract will be for an initial 6 months. The role is based in Ware with travel o the Broxbourne Campus required occasionally. The main duties of this role are * Undertaking the input of learner data and enrolments across all funding areas (16-19, AEB, Advanced Learning Loans, Apprenticeships, HE, full cost) * Process changes to learner data, including transfers, withdrawals and changes to learner information, ensuring any discrepancies are investigated and resolved * Support the MIS Team Leader in reviewing data validation issues from FIS, DSAT, Score and FRM reports, taking steps to correct accordingly * Ensure all processes required to assist with enrolment compliance are completed and checked in a timely manner * Supporting the Advanced Learner Loans facility and portal updates, including managing data and the change of circumstance process * Enrolling students online and face to face, providing up to date fees & concession information and advice * Processing and tracking invoices and placing orders from external suppliers * Validating and processing Unique Learner Numbers for learner’s enrolment compliance * Assisting & supporting colleagues with general queries, information and advice About You Successful candidates will have experience of working in a data entry/ data compliance role and experience in a customer facing role. You will have the ability to process complex data in an accurate and timely manner and have good attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a small team. You will have IT literacy with a high level of accuracy and numeracy and possess Maths and English qualifications at a minimum level 2.
