LA-LDN Productions is looking for a motivated, results-driven Field Sales Executive to represent our client, Sprayground, across the UK. This role focuses on managing relationships with independent retailers and department stores, travelling extensively, and actively developing new customer accounts. Key responsibilities of the Field Sales Executive: Manage and grow sales with independent retail stores and department stores Identify, approach, and open new accounts for backpacks and accessories Travel extensively within the UK to visit customers and prospects Present product ranges, take orders, and introduce new collections Build strong, long-term relationships with store owners and buyers Ensure product visibility through basic merchandising and in-store support Monitor competitor brands, pricing, and market trends Achieve agreed sales and distribution targets Provide regular sales reports and territory updates to management Skills & Experience of the Field Sales Executive Required: Experience in field sales or wholesale sales Experience selling to independent retailers and/or department stores Proven ability to develop new business and open accounts Strong communication and negotiation skills Highly organised and able to work independently on the road Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territories Full UK driving licence required Desirable: Existing relationships with accessory, fashion, or gift retailers Experience managing regional or national retail territories Understanding of seasonal collections and retail buying cycles Field sales or wholesale sales experience within bags, accessories, fashion, or lifestyle products What LA-LDN Productions offers: Competitive fixed salary Travel expenses Opportunity to represent a fast-growing, globally recognised accessories brand – Sprayground Autonomy within your territory and the ability to make a real commercial impact Career development opportunities as the brand continues to expand in the UK
