Bathroom Designer - Customer & Project Management
We are recruiting on behalf of a small but well-established company in North Leeds. You will play an integral part in delivering outstanding customer experiences by listening to customers, designing beautiful bathrooms that suit their needs, preparing accurate quotes, and managing the whole process to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This is not a sales-focused role.
* Monday-Friday / 8.30am-4.30pm
* Full-Time | Permanent
* Based North Leeds
* A vehicle will be provided after successful completion of probationary period
What You'll Be Doing
* Working closely with customers to understand their style, needs, and budget.
* Creating inspiring bathroom designs and presenting ideas with confidence.
* Costing jobs and preparing detailed, accurate quotations.
* Managing each project from design through to installation, coordinating with suppliers and fitters.
* Acting as the main point of contact, providing excellent customer service throughout the journey.
* Ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in bathroom, kitchen, or interior design.
* Software skills like CAD would be ideal.
* Creative eye for space, style, and function.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
* Driven to complete all tasks to the highest standards, in a time-conscious manner.
* Enjoys responsibility and being a key part of a small, supportive team.
* Background in bathroom installation would be a plus.

* Salary £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
