The Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will recruit for shore-based positions within our Weybridge office. You will work with leaders and HRBPs to determine competencies needed for each role and manage the hiring process, whilst delivering a superb candidate experience.
You will be responsible for requisition and candidate management ensuring the effectiveness of the recruiting process, executing sourcing plans, and overall sourcing strategies and providing insight to leadership regarding the talent market as well as seeking out opportunities for continuous process improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for recruiting all positions within assigned business units for roles of various levels, which may also include special projects, high volume and emerging talent
2. Driving the hiring process for assigned roles, working closely with hiring managers, HRBP and internal teams and escalating any roadblocks along the way
3. Managing and prioritising multiple searches, projects and client relationships
4. Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates within established guidelines
5. Deliver pipelines of talent for open roles, using a combination of passive candidate sourcing, networking and applicants from targeted source
6. Works with hiring managers and HRBPs to review and understand the forecasted needs for talent acquisition
7. Executes sourcing strategies and methods that align with both the short and long-term needs of the business
8. Manages own workflow and complies with recruitment SOPs maintaining documentation as per company policies and processes
9. Responsible for call screening and evaluating candidates using competency-based interviewing techniques and providing recommendations of best fit candidates to hiring managers
10. Compiles metrics and prepares various reports that measure the effectiveness of recruiting and staffing processes, as well as sourcing strategies
11. Use different sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter to attract and pipeline for high quality candidates
12. Ensure a great candidate experience by following up with candidates in a timely fashion and providing transparency throughout the process
13. Staying current with market trends and adjust recruiting approach accordingly
What We'd Love You to Have
14. A minimum of 2 years success within recruiting or human resources
15. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage candidates and managers of different backgrounds and culture
16. Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
17. Experience with an HCM or ATS technology, preferably Success Factors, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
18. Must have strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work activities and execute multiple job requisitions simultaneously
19. Ability to take initiative and use sound judgment and decision-making
20. Knowledge of accepted human resource practices and all applicable laws governing employment and fair treatment of employees
21. Proven ability to conduct interviews and assess talent
22. Ability to understand and further the organisation’s business objectives and employee performance objectives
23. Minimal travel may be required
