A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process Engineer for a leading manufacturing company in the Gloucester area.

Role and Responsibilities
* Lead loss elimination and process optimisation across packaging and processing lines
* Reduce stoppages, changeovers, waste and variability through data x2011;driven problem solving.
* Develop and maintain technical standards and ensure lines run to standard.
* Train and coach technicians and line teams on root cause analysis and basic conditions.
* Support digital and automation projects to improve performance and consistency.
* Drive OR and DBNR improvements and share best practices across lines.
* Act as deputy for the CI Manager when required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Strong FMCG manufacturing knowledge in processing and packaging.
* Mechanical/Mechatronics engineering background with hands x2011;on problem x2011;solving ability.
* Skilled in data analysis, statistics and technical troubleshooting.
* Experience with FI, AM, PM, Q, PD and ICMS tools.
* Ability to design processes, optimise manpower and reduce NVAA.
* Strong project management and FMEA capability.
* Confident trainer, coach and cross x2011;functional collaborator.
* Strong business acumen with understanding of manufacturing financial KPIs.
