We are so excited to be continuing our partnership with one of the Cotswolds’ most picturesque luxury hotels as they look to appoint a talented Senior Sous Chef to support the leadership of their highly regarded seafood-focused restaurant kitchen.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef with Rosette experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within a kitchen that champions exceptional ingredients, sustainability, and professional development.

1. £44,604 per annum plus £3,000 to £3,500 service charge

Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef…
13. Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day management of a busy seafood restaurant kitchen
14. Leading and motivating the brigade to consistently deliver dishes to a high Rosette standard
15. Assisting with menu development, seasonal dish creation and maintaining quality control
16. Training, mentoring and developing junior members of the kitchen team
17. Helping to manage stock, ordering and food cost controls
