We're on the hunt for a talented
Administration Assistant
to join our team in our Telford office. to meet the needs of the business following continued growth and internal promotions. You will be required to provide a quality service to clients and insurers and administrative support to Broking Account Handlers.
What does an Administration Assistant here do?
* Ensure all aspects are completed within a timely manner and to a high standard whilst remaining compliant.
* Dealing with incoming queries, from clients/insurers/colleagues
* Ensure that all communications with customers are accurately recorded as per the Firm's policies, procedures and service standards
* Processing vehicle changes / declarations, Dealing with Driver Referrals,Completing tasks/diary entries
* Issuing documentation/Invoices to clients in a timely manner
* Referring to accounts systems
* Adjusting client loans via Finance house systems
* Updating the Motor Insurance Database (MID)
* Completing Letters of Indemnity/Questionnaires
* Other general clerical duties for colleagues Competencies
What are we looking for in our next Administration Assistant?
* Competent in the use of Microsoft programmes including Excel and Word
* Must possess a professional telephone manner and have experience in communicating directly with customers, namely decision makers
* Knowledge of insurance industry Motor Fleet based insurances is desirable but not essential; an exposure to Self Drive Hire insurance is a benefit
* Ability to prioritise and manage workloads efficiently
* Candidate must possess a strong customer centric work ethic
* To be able to take ownership of situations and tasks, seeing matters through to completion
* An understanding of the importance to act in a compliant manner within current Regulatory guidelines
* A desire to grow and learn with the role, which is seen as a development step towards a career in insurance.
