Pay Rate: £201 per day

Requirements for the role:
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 2007, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Safeguarding Adults policies.
* Understanding of hospital discharge guidance, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Continuing Health Care, and section 117 aftercare.
* Ability to interpret and apply legislation in practice while ensuring compliance with the Local Authority’s statutory responsibilities.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* SWE registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK license
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
