The Role: What Does an Exam Invigilator Do?
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring exams are conducted fairly and in line with regulations. Responsibilities include:
* Setting up exam rooms in line with guidelines
* Checking student attendance and identification
* Distributing and collecting exam papers
* Supervising students during exams to maintain a calm and controlled environment
* Ensuring exam conditions are strictly followed at all times
You’ll be trusted to remain vigilant, approachable, and professional throughout.

Additional Roles Available: Readers & Scribes
We are also recruiting for Readers and Scribes, which are vital support roles for students with additional needs:
* Readers: Read exam questions aloud to students who require assistance
* Scribes: Write or type responses on behalf of students as they dictate
These roles require:
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent written English
* Patience, empathy, and a calm approach
(Previous experience is beneficial but not essential – full guidance will be provided.)
