Outcomes First Group is seeking a Literacy Lead at Wetheringsett Manor. This role focuses on delivering high-quality literacy teaching across Key Stages 2 and 3. You will develop the phonics and literacy strategy and work closely with staff to support pupils with diverse needs.
Ideal candidates will possess a QTS or equivalent and have a strong foundation in literacy teaching and SEN. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum with term-time hours.
