At Teaching Personnel, we are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding SEN school in Bolton to recruit a committed and experienced Teacher with additional TLR responsibilities.

The Role
As a SEN Teacher with TLR, you will play a key role in both classroom teaching and the wider development of the school. You will support leadership in driving high standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care across Key Stage 3.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the senior leadership team in shaping and delivering the school’s vision and improvement priorities.
* Lead on Key Stage 3 pastoral provision, including behaviour, attendance, and early intervention strategies.
* Coordinate Year 7 transition, building strong relationships with primary schools, families, and external agencies.
* Monitor the effectiveness of pastoral interventions and ensure pupils are making sustained progress.
* Promote strong parental engagement and maintain effective communication with families.
* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to meet a range of complex needs.
* Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where required.
* Lead, support, and deploy teaching assistants effectively within the classroom.
* Take responsibility for overseeing a curriculum subject area.
