Our growing Herefordshire based client is seeking an experienced Telesales professional to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will hold a key role within a busy, growing team of ambitious and service driven professionals, seeking out growth opportunities.You can expect:Salary - £33k 35k plus uncapped OTE earnings experienced Telesales and BDM professionals are encouraged to apply!Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (30minutes for lunch) Site basedOngoing growth opportunities
What you will be doing:Ability to focus on getting the job done and hitting KPI call volumesPersistent focus on breaking down barriers to new markets and fanatical follow up of opportunitiesCRM management and sales tools to ensure all communications are documentedExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in every customer interaction.Efficient use of time management to get the best out of your dayWhat we are looking for:Tenacious and ambitious person, with the flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on the situationsExperience across ERP, CRM and reporting within a sales environmentDemonstrate progressive sales b2b or account management experienceExcellent time management to get the best out of your dayExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within sales teamsMust be happy to be office based in south Hereford
