About the job:
1. Build automated, self-serve dashboards using Power BI and Qlik Sense.
2. Design and develop efficient data models, extracting, transforming, and visualizing data to provide informative, easy-to-use dashboards.
3. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and create detailed dashboards from disparate data sources.
4. Improve and enhance existing dashboards, driving efficiency and simplifying reporting for colleagues across Commercial Lines.
5. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Expertise in Power BI and other visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Python.
2. Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and source control.
3. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design, ensuring high-quality visual outputs.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and solve problems independently and collaboratively.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong internal and external relationships, and presenting complex data in an accessible manner.

2. Salary: Circa £31,500 for London-based positions or circa £35,000 for National-based positions (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
