We are recruiting an Associate Business Change & Transformation Consultant for the UK and Ireland team.
As an Associate Consultant, you will lead major client engagements, providing expertise to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable value. You will work with leaders and executives to design and oversee tailored change and transformation solutions aligned with client objectives.
You will lead projects, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to budget, reporting to an Associate Director. Depending on the project's scope, you may be the sole lead, manage a larger team, or collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsibilities include:
* Engaging with clients to understand their needs and current operations.
* Building trusting relationships with stakeholders to provide expert advice and challenge.
* Planning and executing strategic change initiatives to achieve desired outcomes.
* Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
* Producing high-quality reports and presentations.
