Internal Communications Manager

Our client is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to lead, shape, and deliver impactful internal communications that drive engagement, support business transformation, and foster a culture of transparency and trust. You’ll play a pivotal role in change initiatives and guiding communication strategies around sensitive and complex topics.
Some key duties will include:
* Lead Internal Communications: Develop and deliver strategies aligned to business priorities, shaping narratives for transformation, change, and employee engagement.
* Be a Trusted Advisor: Partner with senior stakeholders to influence messaging, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across the organisation.
* Drive Engagement and Culture: Support EVP and engagement initiatives, creating communications that reflect the business’s values and culture.
* Hands‑On Delivery: Produce high‑quality, multi‑channel content (written, visual, and multimedia) that resonates with diverse audiences.
* Lead and Develop: Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing communications team.
* Measure and Improve: Use data and feedback to continually refine communications, ensuring they meet audience needs and business objectives.

* Proven experience in internal communications, particularly in complex or fast‑paced environments.
* Experience leading communications for change or transformation initiatives.
