Salary: GBP13.41 - GBP13.41 per hour
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plastic Injection Moulder Machine Operator to join our clients production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate plastic injection moulding machines.
* Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
* Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
* Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
* Record production data and maintain accurate logs.
* Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous experience in plastic injection moulding (preferred).
* Basic mechanical and technical understanding of injection moulding processes.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong attention to detail and quality control.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift materials.
* Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if required.
Hours of Work
* Monday - Thursday, 19:00 - 07:00
