We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in High Wycombe. Responsibilities
* Assess patients' health conditions and needs through thorough examinations and evaluations.
* Develop and implement personalised care plans based on patients' medical histories and current health status.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Monitor patients' progress, documenting changes in their condition and responding promptly to any concerns.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
* Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
* Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Requirements
Enhanced DBS on Update Service
Mandatory Training Certificates
* Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
* Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
* Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
* A commitment to providing compassionate patient care with a focus on quality outcomes.
* Knowledge of current healthcare practices and regulations is advantageous.
