Senior Business Development Manager – Financial Institutions (12-month FTC)
London (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)
We’re working with an international law firm looking for a Senior BD Manager aligned to Financial Services. It’s a visible role in a well-established sector, with proper influence and scope from day one.
If you enjoy working closely with senior partners, shaping strategy and leading delivery, this is one of those roles where you’ll feel the impact quickly.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading BD activity across the Financial Institutions sector (EMEA)
* Working directly with partners on client growth and key accounts
* Owning sector planning, campaigns and budgets
* Leading pitches, panel submissions and client materials
* Driving events and profile-raising activity that actually lands
* Managing and developing a small, established team
What they’re looking for:
* Strong BD experience in a law firm or similar partnership environment – FS experience is not a must!
* Comfortable at partner level – you won’t be sat on the sidelines
* A good mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery
* Solid pitch experience and the ability to bring ideas to life
* Someone organised, credible and easy to work with
