Job Description
Strategic Planning and Execution:
* Deliver a long-term vision for PMS, Point of Sales andSales & Catering aligned with the Accor Tech strategy andtransformation plan.
* Define the Standards, Process and Shellof PMS, S&C and POS;
* Build and lead a high-performingtechnology team across different regions.
* Foster a culture ofcollaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Product Management:
* Managefunctional backlog, product requests, product roadmap, prioritizationof enhancements;
* Document and communicate with central teamsand the regions on maintenances, upgrades, new releases, newfunctionalities, new procedures, guidelines, process and golden rules.
* Responsible for Capacity planning of environment, define thearchitecture and guarantee performance.
* Build and animate acommunity across regions to promote automation, and how to leveragethe use of the systems to better service hotels
Interfaces and Reports:
* Responsible for providing the Standards Reports,implement, configure and maintain.
* Responsible for analyzingand define the referenced systems to be interface as well as itstechnology for connection.
Project Management:
* Accountablefor Global Projects and responsible for adoption of the product in theregions / WW.
* Responsible for defining the key results andtrack the execution.
ContractManagement / Outsourcing
* Be responsible forstrategic partnerships and work with procurement to lead necessarycontract negotiations
* Monitor and Track the performance,quality of the product, Satisfaction of hotels and SLA of theproviders.
* Leverage outsourcing companies to deliver part oftasks.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 8 years’ experience within a multi-nationalhospitality industry with exposure making decisions on PropertyManagement Systems
* Bachelor’s degree or MBA in computerscience, software engineering, IT or related field
* Strongknowledge in PMS and previous experience on defining standards andenhancements in PMS;
* Experience and Knowledge on CRS systemsand previous experience on connectivity /interfaces between PMS andCRS will be considered as advantage.
* Inspiring Leader withprevious experience managing a multicultural team
* Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and very strong project managementabilities.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability toinfluence cross-functional teams.
* Deep knowledge on thisproducts: PMS, POS, S&C to drive and guide the team and influence onthe third partners product road map.
