BACKGROUND
The Omorovicza journey begins over 2,000 years ago, when the healing properties of Hungary’s thermal waters were discovered, and the first thermal baths were built.
The secret to why Hungarian thermal waters have such remarkable healing properties lies in the unique geological features of the region.Here the earth’s crust is thinner, so waters absorb beneficial minerals more effectively as they journey to the surface.
Miraculous healings led to the building of 1,000 thermal baths in Hungary, 100 in Budapest alone.
It was in Budapest, in the 1800’s, that the Omorovicza family built a beautiful thermal bath the Rácz Fürdo, on the site of an Ottoman bath, itself built in the 1560s on a medieval healing spring renowned for its curative properties.
And it was at the Racz that Stephen and Margaret de Heinrich de Omorovicza first observed the revitalising effect of the healing waters on their skin.
PURPOSE OF ROLE
This is a strategic, cross-channel ownership role for someone who understands that every touchpoint — a DM reply, a social campaign, a therapist briefing pack, a caption — is an expression of the Omorovicza brand. You will lead and unify the voice of the brand across all external digital communications: consumer-facing channels and the professional skin therapist network alike.
You will own strategy and execution, working closely with Creative, Marketing, Education and Commercial teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Production
* Lead content strategy and oversee production across all brand-owned digital channels
* Create and direct lo-fi, reactive social content (especially Instagram) while briefing and guiding the Creative team on higher-production campaigns
* Own the brand's visual and editorial standards across content formats — from Reels to long-form email
* Manage digital asset libraries, approvals workflows, and publishing calendars
* Drive content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and partnerships
Consumer Communications — All Channels
* Work with copy writer to optimise brand voice and tone across all consumer-facing & skin-therapist facing channels: social media (Meta, TT, Youtube, Linkedin) and emerging platforms
* Build long term Manage social scheduling, publishing, and community interactions with a high standard of on-brand, timely responsiveness
* Build and nurture an engaged, loyal consumer community across Instagram and beyond
* Monitor channel performance, engagement, and trends, reporting insights and recommendations to leadership
Skin Therapist & Professional Communications
* Serve as the key communications owner for Omorovicza's professional network of skin therapists and spa partners
* Develop and maintain therapist-facing content: treatment briefs, product education materials, launch communications, and brand updates
* Manage and evolve the communications channel and cadence for the therapist community (email, WhatsApp, digital bulletins, or equivalent)
* Collaborate with the Education and Commercial teams to ensure therapists are consistently informed, inspired, and equipped
* Gather feedback from the therapist network and surface actionable insights back to the brand
Strategy, Leadership & Collaboration
* Define and champion the brand's communications strategy across all external digital touchpoints
* Build and manage a consistent tone-of-voice framework, ensuring coherence across all channels and contributors
* Partner closely with Creative, Marketing, Education and e-commerce teams across London and Budapest
* Own channel roadmap planning, testing, and optimisation — always in service of long-term brand equity
ABOUT YOU
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* 4–7 years in digital communications, content, or brand marketing — ideally in beauty, wellness, or premium consumer
* Demonstrable ownership of multi-channel communications strategy
* Confident content creator — comfortable on a phone and with editing tools
* Experience managing or briefing junior team members or freelancers
* Proven ability to write and edit to a high standard across short and long-form formats
* Fluency with social scheduling, analytics tools, and emerging platform trends
* Familiarity with professional/B2B communications is a strong advantage
