We are seeking a Housing Leaseholder Manager for our public sector client based near Grays on an initial 3-month contract (expected to last around 10 months), paying £400 to £500 per day inside IR35.
This role allows hybrid working – 2–3 days per week on site.
Leaseholder engagement and leadership across large property portfolios
• Section 20 consultation and major works billing
• Service charge setting, invoicing, and compliance
• Coaching and managing high-performing housing teams
• Policy development and stakeholder communication
Leading all aspects of homeownership services for over 940 leaseholders across 10,000 properties
• Managing service charge processes, billing accuracy, and income collection
• Ensuring full legal compliance across all leasehold and Right to Buy services
• Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and service transformation
