37.5 hours per week

Due to the continued growth of the School, we are seeking to appoint an efficient, flexible, and proactive General Administration Assistant to join our team. This position has been created to support the School's growing administrative needs.
This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring a high level of organisation and adaptability. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative functions and must be able to work effectively as part of a busy team.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
* The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* A professional and courteous telephone manner
* A high level of discretion and respect for the confidential nature of school operations
