Day Rate: £500 - £525 per day inside IR 35 via Umbrella

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will manage complex procurement packages ranging from £5M to £10M, ensuring compliance with UK procurement regulations and delivering value for money outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver operational procurement for designated packages, ensuring alignment with governance and assurance processes.
* Develop and manage tender documentation, evaluation processes, and contract award activities.
* Ensure compliance with UK and EU procurement legislation and best practice standards.
* Provide commercial advice and support across the organisation, including stakeholder engagement and reporting.
* Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all procurement activities.
Skills & Experience Required
* Strong analytical and commercial skills with experience in compiling tender and commercial documents.
* Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders in complex environments.
* Knowledge of procurement legislation and experience with frameworks and OJ EU processes is preferred.
* Experience in procuring large-scale construction or rail systems projects.
* Membership or progression towards MCI PS or MRI CS is desirable.
