We are currently recruiting for a Bar Manager for Joshuas Tavern at The Londoner our 5 Star luxury hotel.
Joshuas Tavern is a vibrant Gin led operation, that hosts an eclectic program of musicians and live music performers on a weekly basis, which really brings the operation alive. This is in conjunction with the outstanding level of customer service.
Overview:
An Amazing opportunity to join Joshuas Tavern, our standout vibrant operation located at The Londoner. Joshuas is a stand out venue which boasts eclectic program of musicians and live performer.
As a Bar Manager you will achieve revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation.
Direct the bar operations team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
About You:
Current in-depth knowledge of the London restaurant liquor trends, ideally with a good knowledge of Gins and Cocktails.
Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership and coaching skills.
Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets.
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
