SALES REPRESENTATIVE – MIDWEST REGION
Location: Remote within the Midwest (IL, IN, OH, MI, WI, MN, IA, MO, KS, NE)
Sales Representative / Technical Sales Representative / Territory Sales Manager required to join a leading manufacturer of advanced compressed air and gas treatment solutions.
This innovative business designs and manufactures high-performance air and gas treatment systems trusted by distributors and system integrators across industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, medical, and electronics sectors. The product range includes compressed air and gas filters (particulate, coalescing, activated-carbon, high-pressure stainless-steel), compressed air dryers (refrigerated, desiccant, modular, CO₂-removal), condensate management systems (oil-water separators, drain systems, skid-packaged solutions), and gas-generation units (nitrogen and oxygen generators for on-site production), alongside engineered skid packages tailored for distribution integration.
Recognised for technical innovation and reliability, the business continues to deliver market‑leading performance in compressed air purification and gas generation. As part of ongoing growth, they’re seeking a technically minded Sales Representative to drive business development and strengthen distribution partnerships across the Midwest region.

* OTE $120,000+ Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities
* Develop and grow distribution sales channels across the Midwest, engaging with distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
* Build strong relationships with sales, procurement, and management teams to identify opportunities for compressed air and gas treatment integration.
* Present technical solutions across the product range — including filters, dryers, condensate management systems, and nitrogen/oxygen generators.
* Identify new business opportunities through direct distribution outreach and channel partners.
* Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, technical quotations, and application-specific solutions.
* Collaborate with internal engineering and product management teams to support customer‑specific requirements and custom skid packages.
* Attend trade shows, customer demonstrations, and industry events to represent the brand and promote solutions.
Requirements
* Proven experience in distribution, territory, or technical sales, ideally within compressed air systems, gas generation, or industrial filtration.
* Strong technical aptitude and consultative approach to selling engineered solutions.
* Experience within the following industries includes food & beverage, pharmaceutical, electronics, automotive, oil & gas, and wastewater treatment.
* Experience managing multi‑state territories and developing new business pipelines.
