5Tel is a multi-channel payment service provider working with the leading acquirers to offer the best high specification terminals, eCommerce and card processing accounts. We do not believe in set-up fees, membership fees or long contracts, which is why we are known in the market for providing a quality service and managing our customers, so they receive the best payment solution for their business. This is why more and more customers are choosing to work with us. Due to company growth, we are now looking for a part-time Admin Assistant who can also help with Accounts to join our team and be part of our exciting next phase. Days and hours will be discussed at the interview. Interested and want to find out more? The Accounts and Admin Assistants role is excellent for someone with 6 - 12 Months Finance & Accounting or Accounts Payables experience, an Economics or Finance & Accounting Graduate, an early-stage AAT student or an experienced Accounts Assistant. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel/Microsoft packages Comfortable managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines Flexible in working approach, and able to work in a team environment Strong communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Team player. A problem solver. Based in the UK to be able to commute to the office at least 3 days per week Duties will include, but are not limited to, posting direct debits to the ledger, ensuring prompt supplier payments are managed, processing expenses, and maintaining budgets. Systems: XERO (Experience in using Xero will be preferred) Microsoft Word/Excel Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus scheme Commission pay Loyalty bonus Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Signing bonus Yearly bonus Benefits: Company pension Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Woodford Green IG8 8HD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Location: In person Reference ID: admin / accounts assistant2025
