Autotech Group is looking for a data driven Marketing Executive who is excited by analytics, optimisation, CRM workflows, and marketing automation.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone developing their marketing skills who enjoys problem solving, experimenting, and using data to drive decisions. You’ll support the delivery of digital campaigns, optimise performance across channels, build automated workflows, and ensure our marketing activity is measurable, efficient, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities
Data & Performance
* Monitor, analyse, and report on digital channel performance (website, campaigns, paid media, email, social).
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates, engagement, and campaign ROI.
* Own and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and monthly reporting.
Automation & CRM
* Build and optimise email automation workflows and nurture campaigns.
* Maintain CRM segmentation, and tracking.
* Support lead‑scoring, tagging, and attribution measurement.
General Marketing Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support integrated campaigns.
* Production of marketing materials, including printed and online assets, website content, and social media posts.
* Help produce concise, insight-led reports for senior stakeholders.
* Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities or threats.

Essential
* 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, digital, analytics, or similar.
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and spot trends.
* Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), reporting tools, or dashboards.
* Strong Excel/Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas).
* Interest in CRM systems and marketing automation.
Nice-to-Have
* Experience using CRM systems
* Experience building email automation programmes.

Further details:
* 35 hours contractual, covering core operating hours Monday to Friday 0900-1700
* Occasional requirement to work outside of contractual hours
