Our Supply Chain & Procurement Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious, curious, and motivated individuals who want to shape the supply chains powering the next generation of aircraft.
Over the course of this three-year programme, you'll gain hands-on experience across sourcing, procurement, supplier performance, and supply chain innovation. Based at our Wolverhampton site, you'll rotate across key areas of the business - from managing critical materials and supplier relationships to leading improvement projects that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
You'll learn how to build strong supplier partnerships, manage contracts, monitor performance, and deliver value across complex global supply chains. Throughout the programme, you'll receive mentoring, structured training, and support towards professional accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
By the end of the scheme, you'll have developed the technical knowledge, leadership skills, and commercial awareness needed to progress into a permanent role within procurement, supplier performance, or supply chain management at Safran.
