What You’ll Do
Our Assistant Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on guest experience, visual presentation, and boutique operations. The ideal candidate has specialty retail experience and is a creative spirit ready to support our Boutique Team Leader (Store Manager) in creating an engaging environment for our guests and team members.
Guest Experience
* Leading and supporting a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
Leadership
* Driving sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor.
* Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
Talent
* Assisting the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing and diverse team.
* Assisting in building bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility.
* Establishing open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team.
Operations & Visual
* Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
* Maintaining a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards.
* Problem‑solving: proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.

Position Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store
* Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results
* Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
* Flexible and adaptable
* Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities
* Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
* Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
* Must be able to work independently
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
