Day Shift - Monday to Friday, 06.00 till 15.00. Some flexibility is required to meet the demands of the business.

Extensive experience leading large-scale manufacturing or operational sites
Strong commercial and operational decision-making capability, backed by data and insight

Solid background in operational planning, performance management, and continuous improvement
Experience operating in highly regulated, safety-critical manufacturing environments
