A growing architectural practice in Central London is seeking a talented Project Architect to lead high-quality residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of design-led work and contribute to a collaborative, creative team.
Responsibilities
* Lead residential projects through all RIBA stages
* Produce high-resolution detailing and manage on-site delivery
* Liaise directly with clients and consultants
* Oversee contract administration and project coordination
Skills
* ARB-registered with 3+ years post-Part 3 experience
* Strong design and technical skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup anf Adobe Suite
* Proven experience in domestic residential architecture
* Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively
* The right to live and work in the UK
