) is a growing and profitable call analytics and AI company. Our technology is used by large businesses around the world to increase revenue and improve operating efficiency. As part of our expansion, we are recruiting for a full-time, French and English-speaking First Level Support Assistant.

The Role

This is an
entry-level, customer-facing support position
. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, logging issues, and ensuring queries are handled quickly. Working closely with the Support Manager and wider operations team, you'll develop your skills in technical support, communication, and problem solving.

Key responsibilities include:

* Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, or ticketing system in both French and English.
* Log and track customer issues in the CRM, making sure all information is accurate and up to date.
* Provide clear, professional communication and follow-up with customers.
* Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team.
* Help create and update support documentation and FAQs.
* Collaborate with colleagues across teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

Essential Skills

* Fluent in
French and English
(written and spoken).
* Strong communication skills - able to explain information clearly.
* Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail.
* Comfortable learning new software and tools (training provided).
* A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
* Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

* Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or a similar role (not required).
* Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce).
