About The Role

The CI Facilitator provides production-focused process improvement expertise, facilitation, and role modeling to deliver tangible improvement outcomes across SEA. This role involves leading and facilitating cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement business improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement Facilitator will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working. The salary for this role is up to £40k, depending on experience.
What you'll do
* Embed CI activities within the operations team, making them part of Business as Usual processes, and facilitate CI project/event sessions with cross-functional teams.
* Support the Leadership Team by guiding small teams to identify opportunities for improved productivity, process effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance through continuous improvement.
* Facilitate CI project/event sessions, providing participants with guidance, information/training, tools, and resources.
* Support CI training across SEA, including DMAIC, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys), 5S, Lean Six Sigma, and workshop facilitation.
* Assist in the rollout of CI training and upskilling in SEA.
* Maintain and develop knowledge of CI approaches and tools to support continuous improvement efforts.

The skills you need
* Experience in continuous improvement/process redesign in manufacturing
* Proven ability to lead and facilitate improvement activities
* Knowledge of CI best practices and techniques
* Ability to train and impart CI knowledge effectively
* Hold or be willing to work towards a Green Belt certification
