This firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Chippenham. The Role As a Residential Conveyancer, you will: Manage a mixed caseload, including Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases, New Builds, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, and Shared Ownership. Oversee the full conveyancing process, from initial instruction to completion. Handle ID requirements, source of funds, gift deposits, and issuing contracts. Manage mortgage redemptions and exchange of contracts. Order and report on searches, titles, leases, and raising associated enquiries, mortgages, and management packs. Work closely with other conveyancers to drive growth and maintain high standards in the department. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will: Have experience working within Residential Conveyancing and managing your own caseload. Be confident and professional in written and verbal communication. Be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Have experience with case management systems and online systems such as those used for SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications. Be proactive in business development and building client relationships. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Be enthusiastic, positive, and committed to training and development.
