Fabricator Welder
£16.00–£17.50 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Mon–Thurs 07:45–16:15, Fri 07:45–14:00 + 20 hours OT guaranteed per week
Looking for a skilled and reliable Fabricator Welder to join a modern, forward-thinking manufacturing team. Work in a clean, safe environment with modern equipment on high-quality projects across various materials.
Stainless steel experience is a bonus, but attitude, skills, and commitment matter most.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate and weld metal components to high standards.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Work safely and efficiently with modern workshop equipment.
* Ensure quality and precision in all tasks.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
* Optional weekend overtime available at enhanced rates (1.5x Saturday / 2x Sunday).
What We’re Looking For
* Proven fabrication and welding experience, ideally with stainless steel.
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Positive, proactive team player.
* Reliability and willingness to work overtime when needed.
