Your Role as Nursery Manager
As Nursery Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our nursery, leading, supporting, and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS framework. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Leading and developing a team of early years professionals
* Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow
* Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community
* Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

About You
* We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Nursery Manager whose primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of childcare and early years education.
* You will be resourceful, commercially minded, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize your workload effectively are essential.
Qualifications and Experience
* NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
