Responsibilities
* Responsible for the program migration for controlled environments such as Production, UAT and Disaster Recovery environments during office hours and after office hours (i.e. weekend, statutory holiday) on need basis
* Report duties on roster basis of 2 shifts Early Shift (09:00-18:00) and Late Shift (13:00-22:00)
* Supervise and guide junior team-mates i.e. IT Production Control Assistant in day-to-day migration activities and jobs
* Review accuracy of change request information to ensure compliance with IT policies and information security standard of Department/Corporate
* Assist Team Lead in coordinating and mobilizing team-mates to support migration on ad-hoc or urgent basis during office hours or non-office hours
* Provide routine hands-on support to BRS (Backup Recovery System) such as NetBackup, Azure Backup, Cohesity, Veeam on need basis
* Give advice to Support Team to facilitate the smooth program/system migration jobs & tasks
* Support Infrastructure Team in scheduling security patches patching for Windows servers
* Support various audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, external & internal audits if necessary. Play the role of internal auditor to conduct internal audit of ISO 9001
Requirements
* Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE (including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics).
* Preferably with diploma in Computer Studies or related IT certifications
* A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in program migration & deployment to different environments such as UNIX-based, Windows-based, mobile apps, pipelines, etc.
* Familiar with IT operational best practices, including change management and quality assurance is an advantage
* Familiar with ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and 27001, previous audit experience is highly desirable
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Good attitude and cross-team collaboration work
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with Mandarin as an advantage
