Are you a forward-thinking and enthusiastic Computer Science teacher ready to take the next step into leadership? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Head of Computer Science to lead our department and drive excellence in digital education at our thriving secondary school in Northampton.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of computing education and inspire the next generation of tech innovators.
You will lead the strategic development of our Computer Science curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 3–4 (KS5 desirable). You'll support and develop a committed team, manage resources effectively, and ensure students are engaged, challenged, and achieving their full potential.
* A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a strong track record in Computer Science education
* Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of current digital trends
* Experience in raising student achievement through innovative and engaging teaching
