About the Role: As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality care and education. You'll help create a safe, stimulating space where children feel secure, confident, and excited to learn. Key Responsibilities: Supporting children's learning and development through play and structured activities Assisting with daily routines including feeding, changing, and nap time Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Observing and recording progress in line with EYFS Working closely with parents and colleagues to support individual needs What We're Looking For: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education Experience working in a nursery or early years setting A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join Monarch Education?
